The Navarra company, which specialises in smart solutions for monitoring and improving inside air quality, moved to Mutilva at the end of 2022 to continue growing.<\/em><\/p>\n

No\u00e1in, 26th January 2023.<\/strong> The minister for Economic and Business Development, Mikel Irujo, participated in the opening of the new inBiot offices this afternoon. In the last few weeks, following its time in the CEIN Innovation Nursery, the company has moved to its new headquarters in Paseo Santxiki, Mutilva.<\/p>\n

Since its launch in 2018, inBiot has followed an innovative business model based on the development of its own technologies and digital services to provide a comprehensive, flexible way to monitor and control air quality within buildings. Its devices have been installed across the country in different kinds of building, and the company is consolidating its national implementation to then move into internationalisation.<\/p>\n

This growth has led it to increase its team, expanding from 7 to 17 professionals within the last year, and it has therefore moved to new offices; a wide space to welcome its growing team, which will also be used as a showroom for its products. The location is distributed across two floors, and also has its own workshop with a laboratory to produce and test its MICA indoor air quality monitoring devices.<\/p>\n

During its inauguration, which was attended by some 50 people, the minister wished to stress his support for the start-up: “It is an honour to participate in inBiot’s inauguration and to have witnessed its journey. That is our task at CEIN: to assist and assess entrepreneurs working to turn their ideas into new companies and make things like this happen. Although you have many challenges ahead of you, I am confident that you have all the tools you need to overcome them. I’m sure we’re going to continue to hear good things about this company. From the Government of Navarra, we want to give you our support.”<\/p>\n

Xabi Al\u00e1ez, CEO and co-founder of inBiot, then shared his gratitude and his company’s excitement for their next chapter. They are confident of their potential for growth because, even without the pandemic, “we were already needing to make the air we breathe indoors healthier, and now more so than ever as our society has become more aware, so there are increasing numbers of institutions looking to take measures to assess and improve its quality.”<\/p>\n

inBiot solutions contribute towards improving indoor air quality in companies, with the aim of reducing energy consumption and improving conditions favourable to people’s health and well-being. In 2021, the company received the support of Sodena, as well as other investors, who became one of its shareholders to support the development of new products and solutions and boost its commercial strategy.<\/p>\n\n
